# Directions:
01 - Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat, incorporate dried butterfly pea flowers, and steep for 5 minutes until deep blue. Strain and allow the infusion to cool completely.
02 - In a pitcher, combine freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir thoroughly until the sugar dissolves.
03 - Pour 2 cups of cold water into the lemon mixture and mix until well blended.
04 - Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and add lemon slices for garnish.
05 - Pour equal amounts of butterfly pea flower infusion into each glass.
06 - Slowly pour the prepared lemonade over the blue infusion in each glass, observing the color transition to purple or pink.
